I review your clinical history and investigations, and together we decide whether the treatment is medical or surgical.

Surgery
If surgery is needed, it is scheduled at Hospital Angeles Lomas or Hospital Español de México with the team and protocol appropriate to your case.
STEP 04
Postoperative follow-up
I stay with you through your follow-up appointments until discharge, answering any question that comes up along the way.

ABOUT ME
I am Dr. Alan Kleiman Zisman, general surgeon
I am a surgeon with a specialty in General Surgery from UNAM, focused on gastrointestinal surgery, laparoscopic surgery and minimally invasive techniques. My practice centres on assessing each case individually and determining when surgery is genuinely necessary and which approach best suits each patient.
I chose surgery because it brings together medical knowledge, technical skill and the chance to help patients in a tangible way. My practice is grounded in scientific evidence, continuous medical education and a close, transparent relationship with each patient.
I taught Introduction to Surgery at Universidad Westhill, and my priority as a surgeon is always the same: a clear diagnosis and a safe recovery for every patient. I practise at Hospital Angeles Lomas and Hospital Español de México, in the Mexico City metropolitan area.
